Choosing Resistance Bands for YOUR Athlete or Team
Dear Athlete or Coach,
I realize it is difficult to understand how many resistance bands you or your team will need. Not to mention the questions of cost and how to truly implement resistance bands into your off-season program.
Let me try to help you out.
Below I put together a listing of drills and the number of resistance bands you need to implement those drills per athlete or partnership.
I high recommend partner training for all speed drills to help maximize space and keep capital expenses low.
I also recommend you budget in the video resources, so you truly learn how to best train and utilize resistance bands
I hope you find this to be helpful.
