Band Strength for Increased Performance
I like to use bands to train strength at least once a week during the in-season to work on several aspects of strength that are not as well impacted by simple free weights.
End Range Stabilization
Horizontal Vector strength
Quick Burst Speed
High velocity strength training
Not only do bands train this well, but they also do it on the field, especially when you have a good ole blocking sled waiting to attach a few bands to.
Set this up in stations or do it as a group with teamates holding for each other
