Partner Band Training - 8th February 2012
Partner Band Training is one of the best ways to raise the workout intensity and fun simultaneously
Partner Band training is a great way to work out for several reasons.
- It so portable that you can train anywhere
- Anyone can do it so strength, age or gender does not matter
- Movements are pretty easy to teach
- It creates a different type of resistance that people find challenging but fun
I know sometime people think that they cannot hold effectively when doing attached partner band training but honestly, I have not run into this issue unless the bands are to strong. Plus to me holding is part of the training so you are expected to work a little.
If you have never attempted partner band training, this weekend may be a good time to try it out considering it V-Day.
To get you started or help you out, here are some of my best partner band training exercises you can do in either a partner attached or unattached set up.
Now if you want me to join you with these partner band training workouts we can make that happen. Just get StreamFit. And you have the ability to workout with anytime you want. If you get bored with me, you can access several other pretty electrifying trainers to partner with.
Matter of fact, you have 7 days to try StreamFit out for free so if you don’t have a partner, I am willing to work out with you but you have to be willing to use bands.
The bottom line is working out by yourself day after day is hard. Adding a partner every now and then will get you through those tough motivational times.
Getting BETTER with BANDS
