Fitness bands question?
I was just reading my friend, Pat Rigsby’s post this morning and it made me realize I need to do the same thing.
I have been putting out tons of information on Resistance and fitness Bands Training over the past 3 years.
Anytime I create or discover new exercises, set ups, and techniques as well as how to design fun and effective band based workouts, I immediately post it.
But this blog is not about me …. It is all about helping you maximize your training and utilization with resistance bands.
So How Can I help you??

I had 3 left knee operations and i kept playing sports and my knee was always swollen and I was unable to work on flexibility and my left hip really took a hit and i would like to know what exercises you would reccomend.I still am pretty active and lift weights but machine’s are really starting to crush my knees.I use the bands and it’s alot better on my knees.I’m 49 years old and I really want to get my hips strong again I’ve been do your stretching routine and it’s helping. Thanks ,Mike my hips need help!!!
